North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA) will hold a Public Hearing with respect to its proposed Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) under the 2020 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program on March 28, 2019,
at 10:00 a.m., CT.
The QAP sets forth the procedures and criteria which NDHFA will adhere to in allocating low-income housing tax credits to owners and developers of rental housing pursuant to Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code.
The Public Hearing is for interested parties to provide either written or oral comments regarding the proposed QAP. Persons who do not attend the hearing may submit written comments by 5:00 p.m., CT, on March 27, 2019. The plan can be viewed on NDHFA’s website, www.ndhfa.org, beginning on February 25, 2019. Please contact NDHFA prior to the hearing for accommodations or additional information.
