What is the Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF)?
HAF’s purpose is to prevent mortgage delinquencies and defaults, foreclosures, loss of utilities or home energy services and homeowner displacements. In North Dakota, the program is administered by the ND Dept. of Human Services.
Applications for the ND Help for Homeowners are now open.
If you need further assistance, 701-328-1907 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are an NDHFA customer and you can’t make your mortgage payment, what should you do?
Contact NDHFA’s loan servicing department by phone, (800) 292-8621 or (701) 328-8080, or by e-mail, email@example.com, to discuss your situation.
