What is the Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF)?
HAF’s purpose is to prevent mortgage delinquencies and defaults, foreclosures, loss of utilities or home energy services and homeowner displacements. In North Dakota, the program is administered by the ND Dept. of Human Services.
