North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA) is hosting a Property Management Forum in mid-April, a multi-subsidy compliance training for our property management partners.

“The training is geared specifically to programs administered by North Dakota Housing Finance Agency including the federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit, HOME Investment Partnerships, and National Housing Trust Fund and the state’s Housing Incentive Fund,” said Dave Flohr, the agency’s executive director.

Created by US Housing Consultants’ Vice President of Training and Compliance Policy, Amanda Lee Gross, “Conquering Compliance” is a two-day course specially designed to assist affordable housing professionals in conquering compliance of NDHFA-assisted multifamily properties. It will be held on April 13-14, 2022, at the Ramada Hotel, 1400 E Interchange Ave, Bismarck, ND.

Register by Noon on Monday, March 28, 2022. The $250 fee includes the training, a course manual, meals (breakfast and lunch daily) and refreshments. Online payments are accepted using Mastercard, Visa and Discover. The registration fee is refundable if a request, minus a $50 processing fee, is received by Noon on March 28, 2022. No refunds will be made if you fail to attend or if you cancel after Noon on March 28, 2022.

Lodging is available at the training site, the Ramada Bismarck Hotel. The guestroom rate is $79.00 per night. To reserve a room, contact the hotel by phone (701) 258-7000. The rate will be offered until March 28, 2022, or until the block is full.
