Hi everyone,
I will be officially retired on June 13. It was a wonderful career that would not have been possible without all of you. Your partnership has helped NDHFA be successful, and with your continued support, it will be successful going forward.
First and most importantly, thanks to my wife, Patty, and daughter, Hannah, two wonderful people who supported me through everything.
Thank you to all my lending and realtor friends who have helped thousands of people realize their homeownership dreams. Glad we could help you serve your customers. You taught me how the mortgage and real estate business works.
Thank you to the housing developers, home builders, and local/state/tribal/federal officials I have been fortunate to work with to address the state’s housing needs.
Thank you to the advocates for our state’s most vulnerable citizens for ensuring they have a place to call home. NDHFA is proud to help you.
Thank you to all the NDHFA Advisory Board members, Industrial Commission leaders, and legislators who helped guide the agency and me through the years.
Finally, my co-workers, past and present, you make this agency a great place to work and an important resource for North Dakotans. You are the best and have made me a better person, and I hope, a good leader. I learned from all of you every day. Keep it up! THANK YOU!
