Statewide Technical Assistance Team
The Statewide Technical Assistance Team (STAT) is a collaboration of public and non-profit agencies that seek to help rural communities that lack the resources and experience to define specific housing needs, develop necessary projects and see those projects through to completion.
STAT aids communities in developing a housing strategy and offers the continued education and support they need to meet their housing goals.
Am I Eligible?
Assistance is targeted to rural communities with a population of less than 35,000. Parties seeking assistance - community leaders, local lenders, economic developers and/or job development authorities - must be authorized to speak on behalf of their community.
