The foregoing interest rates are subject to change daily. Changes in the interest rates are effective as of 3:00 am each day. The interest rate effective for Reservations will be the interest rate in effect as of the day and time it is received from a participating lender.

The maximum origination fee and discount points that can be charged to the borrower and/or the seller is 1.5 percent of the principal amount of the loan. There is no limit with respect to the ND Roots program.
