Annual FirstHome™ Participating Lender Meetings
Annual FirstHome™ Participating Lender meetings include a review of recent program changes and discussion of future initiatives. Most importantly, the meetings give lenders an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency’s (NDHFA) homeownership programs.
All NDHFA participating lenders are encouraged to attend one of the meetings. Pre-registration is not required and there is no registration fee.
NDHFA is not planning to hold Annual Lender Meetings in 2010. Update posted 03/17/10.
Delegated Compliance Underwriters (DCU) are required to attend one of the meetings in order to maintain their DCU status. DCUs with scheduling conflicts should contact Dean Melgaard at (701) 328-8080, (800) 292-8621, (800) 366-6888 (TYY). |
