Champion of Affordable Housing Awards

The North Dakota Housing Finance Agency's (NDHFA) Champion of Affordable Housing Awards recognize and celebrate the work of individuals, non-profit organizations, public agencies, and private housing developers or providers who have made exceptional contributions to affordable housing in North Dakota.

Leadership and Housing Production Awards

The Leadership Award honors a history of advocacy for affordable housing. The Housing Production Award recognizes the development of affordable housing. Both of these award recipients are selected from nominations received from our housing partners.

Lender and Real Estate Awards

Lender and real estate awards are based on participation in NDHFA’s homeownership programs and on participation in locally sponsored affordable housing projects and events.

NDHFA began recognizing Champions of Affordable Housing in 1995. A listing of past award recipients is available online.
