Lock/Reservation Period and Delivery
  60 day rate lock
Loan Delivery the earlier of 15 days of closing or rate lock expiration date
Extension fees: 15 bps for 7 days (two extensions allowed) - paid at time of extension request
  New Reservation not allowed for 30 days following the intial reservation expiration date or reservation cancellation date
