Low Income Housing Tax Credit Compliance

The North Dakota Housing Finance Agency’s Property Management Division, acting as a Compliance Specialist, administers IRS regulations and requirements.  The Property Management Division staff is responsible for administration of North Dakota’s Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.
