FirstHome Lender Training

The North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA) conducts beginning lender training to provide an introduction to the Agency’s homeownership programs.  The FirstHome Lender Training classes are targeted to Participating Lenders new to NDHFA's homeownership programs.  Loan officers, processors, closers and other pertinent staff will benefit from the sessions.  Experienced staff are welcome to sign-up, but preference is given to participants that are not familiar with NDHFA's programs. 

The 2013 Training Schedule follows:

There are no registration fees, however pre-registration is required.  Please note the registration deadlines listed above.
